International Animation Day 2021 @ MIAF
ASIFA International Animation Day (IAD) is 28 October. This year MIAF are celebrating Australian animation.
In 2020 we did a little piece on International Animation Day (IAD). Part of the celbrations included the production of a combined film is called Spiritus Mundi: Animating the World. Amidst contributing animator-guests of the Australian ASIFA chapter is MIAF’s own producer and sometimes-programmer Annie Murray, with her piece ‘This Is Mine’.
For IAD 2021 we are celebrating with the Australian Student Showcase. There are 6 short films from the 2020 graduate class, meet the students behind the work and enjoy spectacular Australian animation!
