International Shorts Showcase #1 – REPEAT
A terrific selection of new animated shorts from all over the world screening throughout the day. Curated into two programs to showcase the diversity of styles, genres and stories that only animation can deliver.
This program includes a couple of visually striking Australian films both channelling complex and intriguing ‘sub narratives’ below the service which we’ve invited the filmmakers to discuss with us in our ‘Filmmaker Conversation’ sessions.

Hanna: A Faerie Tale
Keanu Hoi
Australia, 6’04, 2023

Trap
Dennis Tupicoff
Australia, 3’50, 2024

This session is classified: Unclassified (M) Mature, not recommended for viewers under 15 years.
