The state of Australian student animation is as vibrant and varied as it has ever been. A wonderful energy and ‘anything-goes’ optimism permeates so many of the films produced by the most recent Australian animation graduates – all the more remarkable considering so many of them had their studies impacted by the covid lockdowns. Clearly, the future of animation in Australia is looking mighty good.
