A selection of Oscar nominated animated shorts will be screening at Cinema Nova from today and running until Wed 8th.
BUT after the 1:30pm screening on Sat 4th join Academy Award nominated animator Lachlan Pendragon (director of AN OSTRICH TOLD ME…) for a post-film Q&A with MIAF Creative Director Malcolm Turner as he discusses all things animation, being a first-time Oscar nominee and filmmaking during lockdown.
